Inward Oasis has had two blogs for a while.  We are now going to combine the blogs.  We post daily and as our business grows we just don't have the time to give you quality posts for both blogs everyday.  Sooooo.....we will now blend our blogs and you will find it under The Couple's Spot.

Recurring Themes in Dreams

You keep dreaming of baby carriages, baby strollers, babies moving...  What the heck?  Have you ever noticed this happening to you?  I have...well not this exact example, but I have noticed themes.

To really uncover what this series of dreams might mean takes a bit more work than simply remembering them.  You truly do need to write them down and reflect back upon them as you encounter more with the same theme. 

As I have said before only you can truly interpret your dreams, but having someone else ask questions, help you explore the dream and help you learn how to interpret your dreams will give you a better opportunity to uncover the messages your Soul, Spirit, or the Divine is sending. 

Dreams are often not linear either - so even experiencing a dream series certainly does not mean that the message will be in order of what to expect or experience.  Confused?  That is okay.  Dreams are confusing, but with practice one can learn to gain insight from them.

Recurring Dreams

Many times we will experience recurring dreams.  We may have the same dream over and over again.  The scene and plot barely change if it changes at all.  Why does this happen?

The shortest answer is that this dream (the message within this dream) may be highlighting something in particular in your life - a weakness, an issue you need to work through, a fear you have, a conflict, or something you have been wanting to achieve.  When you have a recurring dream you need to pay close attention and open your heart and mind to the answer.  Your Soul and Spirit are trying to get a message to you. 

No two people are alike and no two dreams are alike for other people; therefore, though you may receive guidance and help exploring your dream and learning how to interpret your dream only you can interpretit.

Dreams - A Doorway to Spirit?

Dreams can offer us so much insight.  Yet, more often than not they seem confusing and we don't know what they are supposed to mean.  Dreams should rarely be taken literally!  Spirit uses symbolism through our dreams to offer us messages, but it is not necessarily the easies thing to figure out.

Some things you might consider though are:

Recurring dreams
Recurring patterns or themes in dreams
Nightmares
Lucid dreams

Over the next three posts I will touch on these a bit more.

Make Your Own Fireworks?

Today is Independence Day in the United States.  But what do we do?  We set off beautiful fireworks...hundreds of thousands of dollars worth (instead of feeding those in need).  We set off these beautiful displays only to fill the air with extreme amounts of smoke (polluting our beautiful environment)! 

Spend time with your beloved and make your own fireworks ;-)  It is good for you and it is good for the environment. 

"What about the kids?" you ask.  Well, get some paper and paint fireworks or some other amazing artwork - kid style.  Hang up these cool pieces of artwork and celebrate spending time together!

Celebrate life and the freedoms that we have in this country, but do not forget about our fellow travelers in this world who do not have the privileges we do.
